# Data license and third-party scope

KineJing licenses its original trajectory records, action annotations, metadata,
and original selection/arrangement contributions in this public reference dataset
under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), to the extent
KineJing holds rights in those contributions. Commercial reuse is permitted under
that license. Attribution: KineJing, WM Interaction v1, with the dataset source
location, a link to the license, and an indication of modifications when made.

This grant does not relicense third-party software, graphical assets, trademarks,
or other third-party content. Crafter-derived observations render assets from
Danijar Hafner's Crafter project. Its upstream software/assets retain applicable
MIT terms and copyright notices; see THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt and
https://github.com/danijar/crafter/blob/main/LICENSE . No exclusive KineJing ownership
of third-party pixels, assets or software is claimed, and no broader third-party
rights are represented by the CC BY 4.0 grant on original contributions.

The local wmbench source code is not relicensed by this data license. Synthetic
trajectory records are not a warranty of real-robot transfer or model performance.
Customer-specific collection, counterfactual quality checks, reproducibility
acceptance and delivery services can be contracted separately; this does not
restrict reuse of the public reference contributions under CC BY 4.0.
